UOPD

Description

Description

In rotating joints for two-way flow, fluid both when entering and exiting the process passes through the same joint connection.
In this case, a rotary joint prevents mixing of input and output fluid, as well as leakage of fluid into the atmosphere. A universal rotary joint of the UOPD type is used when the inner fluid drain pipe is stationary. Connection between the inner tube and the housing is achieved by a thread.

Operating conditions

p = 10 bar
t = -30 …. 120 °C
v = up to 3500 rpm

Seal face material

UOPDA: carbon-graphite / volfram carbide

UOPDB: carbon-graphite / stainless steel

UOPDC: SiC / SiC
